Curt and I had the pleasure of speaking at the SGR Servant Leadership Conference on January 28th.  It was an absolute pleasure to share the forum with such a wonderful and inspiring group of leaders.

More than 1800 local, state and natural government organizations joined the conference, devoted to Servant Leadership and all that means to their missions and cultures.

People are the culture and all culture is personal to us, as individuals.  Truly the goal of every leader and manager should be to create a culture that brings out the best in each in each person. 

We were priveledged to be amongst leaders that focus on their constituencies, for their organizations, communities and associates.
