Leading2Engage™
Leading2Engage™ is a multi-year system for developing and aligning culture to strategy. Its purpose is to increase organizational performance and growth by developing managers and increasing engagement and productivity to ensure the short-term and long-term success of the organization.
Bringing the Little C (work unit culture) into sync with the Big C’s strategies and goals involves every level of the organization. Week after week bridges replace silos as critical service connections (leader to manager and staff, manager to associate, colleague to colleague) to create a shared focus for improvements (systems, expectations, and relationships).

Leaders:
- Set the state for alignment – Vision, Strategy, and Goals.
- L2E connects and focuses managers and work teams on their role in the big picture.
OD/HR:
- Connect as consultants and change agents.
- L2E provides resources and real-time, focused support to managers and leaders.
Managers:
- Are the “glue” connecting associates to goals and strategy, team by team.
- Development occurs in the context of their work and goals as L2E guides and reinforces manager focus and impact.
Associates:
- Engaged and focused people are the key to unleashing creativity, drive, service, and productivity.
- L2E keeps engagement alive throughout the year – engaging people’s hearts and minds in the mission, strategy, and goals.
L2E – a system connecting leaders, managers, associates, and staff to the organization’s strategy, vision and goals to increase performance.
