		<description>I agree with the idea that intrinsic motivation and passion drive performance, but then can monetary compensation be regarded just another motivator? In my opinion if the stated attitude is the preferred norm, then there needs to be paradigm shift created which rewrites the rules of the game. A mere return to basic might be challenging if not a fruitless attempt.</description>
