Fifty years ago, more than 80% of all jobs were industrial and manufacturing based. At that time, hands were hired, not necessarily human beings. The organization didn’t need the employee as much as the employee needed the work. Today, less than 10% of jobs are industrial, which means that 90% are about ideas, instincts and passion. Employers now need employees more than they need us. CORRECTION -engaged employees!
